Middletown, CT — July 2025 — Electrical Wholesalers (EW) and HZ Electric Supply (HZ), both regions of US Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI), are pleased to formally welcome Dan Wise as Region President. Dan officially stepped into the role on May 1, 2025, and has already begun working closely with teams across the regions to build on existing strengths and chart the path forward.
Dan brings more than 20 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry, with a strong background in sales, engineering, and executive leadership. Since 2021, he has served as Region President of Monarch Electric Co., another USESI company. Under his leadership, Monarch has grown significantly, including the recent acquisition of Swift Electrical Supply Company, now operating under the Monarch region.
In his expanded role, Dan now leads both the EW/HZ and Monarch/Swift regions. His focus is on driving collaboration, aligning best practices, and creating stronger synergies across the businesses.
“I’m looking forward to expanding my market knowledge and learning from all the new great people across regions,” Dan said. “There’s a real opportunity to build on what’s already working and strengthen both organizations through shared insights and deeper partnerships.”
Dan’s professional journey includes leadership roles with industry leaders such as:
- Region President, Monarch Electric Co. (2021–Present)
- Sales Director, Siemens (2011–2021)
- Sales Manager, Mayer (2009–2011)
- Sales Engineer, Eaton (2007–2009)
- Sales Manager, WCI Communities (2004–2006)
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University and earned his MBA in Business Finance from Queens University of Charlotte.
Dan also extended gratitude to his predecessor, Mark Osak, who retired earlier this year after more than 20 years with EW and HZ.
