Kevin joined the company a year and a half ago as a Management Trainee, where he gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including counter sales, inside sales, and switchgear quotations. Throughout his training, Kevin had the opportunity to work alongside experienced team members across the organization, learning from their extensive industry knowledge and leadership.
“That experience made a big difference in preparing me for this role,” Kevin said. “I’ve been fortunate to learn from a lot of great people within the company.”
Kevin brings a collaborative and team-focused leadership style to his new position. He values leading by example and is committed to supporting his team in every way possible. A key part of his approach is recognizing individual strengths and ensuring team members have the tools, resources, and opportunities to make the most of them.
“I enjoy learning from other people on the team and being part of a group where everyone gets along and can have fun at work,” he shared.
As he steps into the Branch Manager role, Kevin is excited to work alongside the Meriden team and build on the branch’s strong performance. His primary goal is to continue driving sales growth by leveraging the experience and expertise of the branch’s seasoned sales professionals.
“The branch has produced impressive sales numbers,” Kevin said. “I’d like to build on that momentum and focus on growing sales even further. A big priority for me is building lasting relationships with our customers. I plan to be here for a long time, and it’s important to get to know the customers I’ll be working with throughout my time here.”
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys running. A former track athlete at the University of Connecticut, he continues to run in his spare time.
