Triscinny brings 10 years of experience with the company into her new role. She began her career in inside sales, where she spent three years building strong customer relationships and product knowledge, before being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager—a role she has held for the past seven years. During that time, she developed a deep understanding of branch operations, team leadership, and the needs of the local contractor community.
As Branch Manager, Triscinny is focused on leading by example, supporting her team, and ensuring the branch continues to operate efficiently in a highly competitive market. The Latham location serves a densely saturated area, giving contractors many options, and the branch stands out through its experienced team, strong product knowledge, and ability to troubleshoot and think creatively to meet customer needs.
Triscinny’s leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and providing her team with the tools and support they need to succeed. Having worked alongside the Latham team for many years, she brings continuity and stability to the role while continuing to build on the branch’s strong foundation. She steps into this position with the continued mentorship of Sean Kerls, while taking on expanded responsibility for growth, customer relationships, and day-to-day leadership.
Looking ahead, Triscinny is focused on continued growth for the Latham branch and strengthening long-term partnerships with contractors throughout the Capital District.
Outside of work, Triscinny is proud to call Albany home. She enjoys watching basketball—from the Albany Patroons to the NBA—and spending time with her husband Kris, her stepchildren, and their French bulldog, Chino. In her free time, she can often be found practicing yoga, exploring nature, sightseeing, or enjoying a wine night with friends.
